Second Annual
Hon. Collins Pettaway, Jr. Scholarship Celebration
Join McRae Learning Center for the Second Annual Hon. Collins Pettaway, Jr. Scholarship Celebration on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Wallace Community College Selma.
This special luncheon fundraiser supports scholarships and helps bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of providing high-quality early childhood education for children ages 12 months through eight years old.
The celebration will honor several distinguished individuals whose leadership, service, and commitment to education have made a lasting impact on the Selma community.
Individual tickets are available for $75 per person, and a variety of sponsorship opportunities are offered for individuals, families, businesses, and community leaders who wish to invest in the future of Selma's children. Sponsorship levels range from $100 to $5,000 and include a variety of recognition and event benefits.
Join us as we celebrate educational excellence, honor community leaders, and help build brighter futures for the next generation.
